Frank F. Rox Jr. served as a Senior Trial Attorney with the National Labor Relations Board for more than 30 years. Over his long tenure, he handled some of the most challenging and difficult work within the NLRB’s Atlanta Regional Office and has served as the office’s lead attorney in federal district court litigation. He has a wide breadth of knowledge in both the substantive and procedural aspects of the National Labor Relations Act.
Frank is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has served as an officer and Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section. He received his law degree from Emory University. He also attended Southern Methodist University for two years and received his bachelors degree in economics from Emory in 1976.
Frank will provide our clients valuable insight into handling the ever-changing and aggressive actions of the NLRB nationally.
